A Wizard-Casting spell is a short action puzzle game where you control a spell, aptly named Spello, and use you powers to defeat the wizards who have enslaved your people. You can use your warp ability to swap places with the wizards in order to have their own attacks hit them, then use their corpses are you own spells to attack other wizards! Wholesome family fun.

I made AWCS in 48 hours for the GMTK Game Jam 2023, where the theme was “role-reversal”. I made everything but the sound from scratch in the 2 day period as a bit of a personal challenge, and managed to get a decently competent project out of it despite my general lack of jam experience. The game placed in the top 500 entries out of nearly 7000 submissions!
